No Worn/Missing or Loose Keys.

No Fading of Trackpad. No Loose Mouse Buttons.
• Battery
No Swelling of Battery. Dell Only - Battery Condition “Good” or “Excellent”. Non-Dell - Run Battery Report ≥80%.
Grade B
The device is in full functioning order with signs of use, no damage to the screen, two small scratches maximum, no major scratches.

Five to 15 Minor Scratches/Scuffs. No Dents/Cracks. No Deep Scratches. Maximum of Two Minor Patches of Chipped Paint. Missing Rubber Feet.
• Screen
Maximum One Minor Light Spot/Dead Pixel. No Cracks/Scratches/Major Light Spots.

No Bent/Blocked Ports.
• Keyboard
No Worn/Missing.
• Trackpad
Minor Fading of Trackpad. No Loose Mouse Buttons.
