Our engineers will grade our products as either Grade A or Grade B before listing them on our site.

Grade A
Products are fully functioning, with only minor signs of use and no screen damage.

Grade B
Products are still fully functioning, with signs of use – no more than 2 small scratches, no major scratches and no screen damage.

Shipment will be made via Parcelforce Next Day delivery, or Royal Mail First Class post, dependent on value. All orders over £50 are shipped on a tracked service.

Yes, once paid for via Shopify on our site, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Stevenage – Please call to make sure your order is ready for collection before coming.
